Showcasing absolute commitment towards her duty, a Chandigarh female constable was seen controlling the traffic on the roads while carrying her child in her arms. The constable, identified as Priyanka, was recorded by the locals passing by and the short video clip went viral on social media as soon as it was posted on Twitter.
In the viral video, we can see female constable Priyanka standing nearby the road of Chandigarh’s Sector 23-24 intersection, directing the traffic with an infant in her arms.
The video of the constable carrying her baby went viral with millions of views on social media. In the comments section, several users praised the constable for managing her child while performing her duty. On the other hand, several users were completely against Priyanka’s decision to bring her child to work.

Some users were against the constable’s decision to take her child to work and said that carrying the baby on a road full of traffic amidst the time of high air contamination and a pandemic is very irresponsible, and this does not require encouragement rather introspection.
All this happened because the constable and was supposed to report to duty at the intersection of sector 15/23 at 800 hours but she failed to do so. Priyanka was pulled up for her absence and asked to report to her duty on time.
It was after this that she decided to bring her baby to work. The staff at Traffic Line at Sector 29 asked her to go home and take leave if she required to. The constable, though, continued with her duty carrying her baby.
