8th March 2021: Angry over being scolded by his teacher, a Class 12th student shot his teacher in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, along with his 3 colleagues.
The student shot his teacher near the school premises. because, earlier, the teacher scolded the accused for misbehaving with other students during the class.
Feeling insulted over being scolded and punished, the accused with his 3 friends, planned retaliation against Sachin Tyagi ( the commerce teacher ) who was returning home on his motorcycle after the classes from the Krishna Vidya School located in Saraswati Vihar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
The 17-year-old boy, along with his three confederates, shot at the teacher, following which the student himself sustained some injuries, but escaped successfully with his collogues, as stated by the Superintendent of Police, Iraj Raja.
The students are being searched by the police:
Iraj Raja added, “All the four youths were identified with the help of CCTV cameras installed in the nearby area and the investigation against all the students has began“.
“The family members of all the students have been summoned for interrogation while their mobile phones have also been put under surveillance“, the SP Iraj Raja added.
“Sachin Tyagi did receive minor injuries but is safe and has been provided security“, police said.
